My Approach & Values

I am keen to work with and offer what fits best for you, your belief systems and experiences, fears and hopes. I do not squeeze people into boxes and force a certain way of thinking – I am not treating an illness, I am working with a person who is in distress, or who is attempting to understand something about themselves.

With this in mind, I offer a safe, respectful space, free from judgement, categorising or stereotyping. I want our time together to be rich, enlightening and supportive, enabling us to explore distress, past and present, and then look for healing and growth.
