Whilst updating my website I am at home and in these troubled times, respecting the government guidelines on going out and social distancing.

Much of my work has moved ‘online’ – albeit temporary, however, this is opening up new ways of working and proving very helpful to many of my clients and supervisees.

However, I am often asked by supervisees, clients and friends about how to be resilient and stay psychologically healthy during what some feel are enforced restrictions.
